This website provides information about Loch Tay Lodges accommodation, related services and on-premises add-ons. It also links into or integrates with Hostaway for accommodation bookings, BookingPress for third-party services, and WooCommerce for add-on purchases.
4. Use of the website
• You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or related systems.
• You may use the website for your own personal and lawful purposes only.

Accommodation bookings are made through our Hostaway booking website and the booking terms shown during the booking process will apply to those bookings, including payment, cancellation, amendment and refund terms.
8. Third-party service bookings
If you book third-party services through BookingPress, the service-specific booking terms shown during the booking process will apply in addition to these website terms.
9. On-premises add-ons
If you purchase on-premises add-ons through WooCommerce, the relevant product details, prices, checkout information and any product-specific refund/cancellation terms shown during checkout will apply.
10. Prices, payments and pre-contract information
Before you place a booking or order online, we aim to show the relevant information about prices, payment methods, fulfilment arrangements and any booking-specific or purchase-specific terms. Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal Business or Opayo/Sage depending on the checkout route used.
11. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights differ depending on whether you are booking accommodation, a service or an add-on, and on the specific terms shown during the relevant booking or checkout process. Those terms will apply to the booking or purchase you make.
12. Third-party websites and providers
Our website may link to or integrate third-party systems and providers. We are not responsible for the policies or uptime of third-party sites except to the extent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
